Eraflage (pronounced eh-rah-flahj) is inspired by the French word for destemming—a delicate process in winemaking where bitter stems are removed to let the true flavor shine.

Our founder was moved by this during vineyard visits across Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Japan. The process of enhancing wine by removing what’s harsh resonated deeply—and became the foundation of Eraflage.
